List of hotels near the conference venueThe conference will be in Villa Massalia. This conference venue is a bit far from the center of Marseille (Vieux Port).
It is still possible to stay around the Vieux Port of Marseille, but transportation (metro + bus) would take about 30 - 40 minutes. Note that one bus/metro ticket is valid for one hour, and you can take a metro or bus with the same ticket during this period. In Villa Massalia, a special rate has been negociated with the code CNRS. In the area, there are various activities and restaurants. Other hotels are available nearby that you can directly book.
